The Wisdom of the Monkey
The roots of the name MONO (Spanish for "monkey") go back to Latin America. There, our founder Sandro traveled around, sipping umbrella drinks and tinkering with his heart's idea under his straw hat. Like the locals, he was influenced by the 'luz de mono' – the wisdom of the monkey. The monkey wastes neither food nor vitamins. Every leaf he picks ends up directly in his mouth, because he knows that every minute counts when it comes to preserving vitamins. And that's how we do it: from the harvest to the bottle and straight to you, cold-pressed and never heated, so we can offer you the maximum number of ingredients and maximum taste. We have the highest expectations regarding the quality of our products. Gourmets rumor Sandro's recipes are the best in the world. Our goal is to fill each bottle with the maximum flavor and the maximum amount of ingredients. Therefore, MONO processes only the freshest vegetables and the ripest fruits. Immediately after delivery, we transform them into our creations, using the most nutrient-friendly methods, personally seasoned by the boss and – they’re already on the way to you.
